Leadership Profile

Structure in uncertainty. Leadership under pressure.

I direct high-visibility technology and operational programs across federal, defense, and commercial environments — spanning a $486M military program portfolio, $75M+ in federal contracts, and a $5M+ commercial technology portfolio of 40+ concurrent initiatives.

I translate ambiguous, high-stakes requirements into structured execution plans for C-suite executives, general officers, Congressional stakeholders, technical teams, and multinational partners. My progression from enlisted Soldier to field grade officer shaped a leadership approach grounded in firsthand experience, accountability, and mission-focused execution.

Concurrent Channel

Building PMaaSHub while leading programs.

The same standards that governed a $486M signal brigade and $75M+ in federal contracts — now applied to building a company.

PMaaSHub is a marketplace connecting businesses with vetted, independent Project Managers. It exists because most PM marketplaces match on keywords — PMaaSHub matches on judgment, ownership, and delivery track record, vetted by hand.

Market research with experienced PMs consistently surfaces the same signals that mattered in every program I've run: accountability, stakeholder management, domain expertise, and the ability to handle conflict without losing the room. Those are the standards PMaaSHub is built around.

"Adding Talent. Never Lowering Standards."
The Problem

Keyword-matched PM marketplaces optimize for speed, not fit.

The Approach

Manual vetting of every Project Manager before they reach the marketplace.

The Standard

Ownership and judgment over resume keywords.

Leadership Approach

Clarity. Accountability. Results.

Strong programs don't run on status reports alone. They require judgment, ownership, and the confidence to surface risk early.

Create clarity

Translate strategy into priorities, ownership, decisions, and an executable path forward.

Build accountability

Establish governance that makes progress, risk, and dependencies visible — without unnecessary bureaucracy.

Deliver outcomes

Keep teams focused on mission and business results, not simply the completion of activity.
